Frequently Asked Questions

At Naomi's Bridal Boutique we want to offer a warm, soft and stress free experience where we can make everything easier for you!

If there is anything we have not covered then please feel free to get in touch with us on messenger, email or mobile. Remember there is no such thing as a silly question :D

  • Do I need to book an appointment?
    Yes please! We want to be able to have the time and space to accommodate you and your guests, answering all your questions and helping you find your dream dress. We book up approx. 2-3 weeks in advance and you can book your appointment online for convenience.
  • How many guests can I bring?
    All new Bridal Appointments: - Bride plus 2 guests Tuesday to Friday. - Bride plus 3 guests Saturday & Sunday. Children are also allowed to your appointments!
  • Is there a charge?
    Yes there is! We very much value our stylists time and expertise and in order to reserve one to one time with them, we charge a reservation fee of £10 for all appointments except for Sunday appointments which is then £20. Which I do take this off your purchase! Reservation fees will not be charged in advance of your appointment, and are fully redeemable against purchases on the day.
  • What sizes do your dresses go up to?
    Our bridal dresses are in sample sizes UK10-UK32, Prom wear is from sizes UK6-UK12 but can be ordered in the size of your choice once you choose your dress! Normally when shopping for bridal gowns you will try on gowns 1-2 sizes bigger than you would normally buy on the high street.
  • How long do I need to order my dress?
    Most gowns can take up to 9 months to arrive in store, plus alteration time of approx. 2-3 months.
  • How do I pay?
    If you order with us we require a 50% deposit at the point of ordering and then the remaining balance is not due until your dress is ready to ship to the store. If you choose a gown that is ready to take home, this must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Please be aware that we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges and that all sales are therefore final.
  • What designers do you have?
    For bridal wear we have Enzoani, Blue by Enzoani and Stella York. For prom wear we have To The Nines.
  • Who should I bring to my appointment?
    Finding your dream dress is a once in a lifetime moment! We want you to bring the people along, whose opinion you trust and need before committing to your dress. We always say it’s kinda like when your partner proposed, you were excited, overwhelmed and emotional and it’s a very hard moment to recreate so make sure your most important people are with you for your celebration!
  • What should I expect from my appointment?
    Once you decide to book with Naomi's Bridal (thank you!) your stylist will be in touch to confirm your appointment and find out more about you and your wedding. This will make your appointment run a lot smoother and give us more time to find your dream dress on the day. Our appointments usually last around 1 hour 30 minutes which allows us to try on gowns, normally around 6-8, narrow them down to 'the one' and complete your full bridal look. This then leaves us plenty of time to celebrate and have your photos taken at our amazing selfie wall!
  • What price ranges do you provide?
    My price ranges are from £1,000 to £2,500 for bridal wear. Prom wear ranges from £399 to £699. I offer a payment plan for all my customers, interest free. We also cover all budgets!
  • Do you do sample sales?
    Yes we do! We always have samples that go on for sale throughout the year, just ask me if you have any interest in these! Our price range for these are usually £499 to £1,200. These have to be paid in full and collected the same day.
